Here's a Python script I wrote to get my Twitter updates into my Posterous blog by sending email through my Gmail account.  I have a cron job running on the server at home that runs the script weekly with the obvious parameters.  I've also removed my oauth_token information in the script below, but there are plenty of articles out on the web that can help you figure out how to do that.  Notice also that it requires you to have installed the Twitter python API on your local box.  This is not the most polished code ever, so use at your own risk, but it might give you a start if this is something you want to do. Feel free to drop questions on me if you have any.
